The market for mobility services is under development: car-pooling, car-sharing, mobility budgets, bike services, flex offices, logistics services, and so on. The city is focussing on both public and private providers of innovative mobility solutions. Antwerp is working with them if they have solutions which, directly or indirectly, lead to a reduction in freight or passenger vehicles on the roads.

In 2022, 142 partner businesses worked on sustainable mobility in Antwerp. This was 8 partners more than in 2021 and more than triple the number in 2017.
